Southwest Utah Birding Trails

What: Southwest Utah features a dazzling array of habitats, including the Mojave Desert, the Great Basin, and the Colorado River Plateau. The Southwest Utah Birding Trail highlights 47 sites in 13 counties, where elevation stretches from 2,500 feet to over 12,000 feet, and creates exceptionally diverse habitat that is home to birds such as the Greater Road Runner, Pygmy Nuthatch, and Pinyon Jay.

Look for: Peregrine Falcon
