Randall Davey Audubon Center
& Sanctuary Facilities Rental
The Grounds, Classroom, Amphitheater, and Conference Room at
the Randall Davey Audubon Center & Sanctuary may
be rented for your event. The fees collected for use
of the facilities, trails, and grounds at the Center go directly
to the education and conservation activities that occur at
Randall Davey, and to the maintenance of the site. These
fees are very important to maintaining and preserving our
precious landscape and programs, and are very much appreciated.

Grounds:
Weddings, Receptions, Memorials, etc.
The gorgeous and serene lawn, orchard and gardens in front
of the Historic Randall Davey home are available for your
special event from 9:00 AM–dusk.
Rental includes the use of the public bathroom. The Classroom
may also be rented in conjunction with the Grounds. Renters
are responsible for all food and drink served, serving
pieces (dinnerware,
flatware, etc.), rental of an appropriately sized tent, tables
and chairs, clean up and taking trash off the premises, and
other stipulations as described in the contract that is signed
between the wedding party and Audubon.
- $1800 full day use with
$800 refundable deposit
- $900 half day use (4 hours) with $600 refundable deposit
- The use of the Classroom with the Grounds is an additional
$200
Classroom: Meetings, Seminars, Workshops,
etc.
Our 1200 square foot classroom is equipped with a full kitchen,
private portal and is just steps away from the El Temporal
trailhead. For your convenience we have approximately 70
padded, folding chairs, tables, a slide projector and screen,
and microphone. Renters are responsible for all food and
drink served, serving pieces (cups, plates, etc.), and
to clean up and take the trash off the premises.

- (includes use of amphitheatre and kitchen)

Amphitheater: Small Gatherings
Enjoy sweeping views of the canyon wilderness
as a setting for your event! The Randall Davey Audubon Center & Sanctuary features
a small, seven- tiered flagstone amphitheatre nestled in piñon-juniper
woodlands. The amphitheatre faces northeast, receives full sun, and
can accommodate up to 50 guests.
- $200 full or half day use, no indoor space with $200 deposit
- (If using Classroom, see above for fees)
Conference Room: Meetings & Small
Gatherings
This lovely space in the main Administration building has
a large conference table and chairs, a private bathroom
and small kitchen. It’s an ideal setting for smaller
groups of up to 15 people. Rental hours are during regular office hours,
8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Renters are responsible for all food and drink served, serving
pieces (cups, plates, etc.), and to clean up and take trash
off the premises.
