Around the riparian thickets at both ends of the bridge, look for Gambel’s Quail, Gila Woodpecker and Abert’s Towhee (R); and Vermilion Flycatcher, Bell’s Vireo, Lucy’s Warbler and Bronzed Cowbird (S). Look for Inca Doves (R) in Virden.
Habitat: Riparian woods and thickets.
Location: From Lordsburg drive 25 miles northwest on US 70 and turn right on NM 92 for 3.5 miles to the bridge. Virden is 4 miles beyond the bridge.
