What is a Community Naturalist? They are nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, plant buffs and bird watchers. They are members of your community who help connect people of all ages with nature.

The entire state of Wyoming serves as the classroom for our Community Naturalists as they reach out to their communities with engaging and exciting nature programs! Our goal is to eventually hire naturalists to serve various communities throughout the state.

We currently have three Community Naturalists on staff:
