Liesel Hamilton is the author of Wild South Carolina: A Field Guide to Parks, Preserves and Special Places. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing from George Mason University and while she spends the weekends inside writing, on the weekends she can be found exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains.
