General Information:

Adult participants must be 19 years of age or older.  Youth camp age requirements are specified in the particular camp sessions.  All prices listed per person.  Fees for optional college credit are additional.  Participants must be in good health.  Special diets can sometimes be accommodated; check with the particular camp registrar for specifics.

  • A detailed program description will be sent upon receipt of your completed application.  Further information regarding travel, equipment, medical forms, and other needs will be sent out prior to the start of your program.

Registration Deposits, Refunds, Cancellations

  • In order to reserve a space in a given session, your completed application and non-refundable deposit of $100 must be received by the camp registrar.  Applications received less than 60 days prior to the program start date must be accompanied by the full payment.
    • Full payment is due 60 days prior before your program starts.
    • Cancellation must be received in writing by your camp registrar at least 60 days prior to your session start date: a refund less $100 deposit will be returned.  Cancellations received in writing between 59 and 30 days prior to the session start date will result in 50% refund less $100 deposit.  No refund is available for cancellations after that.
    • National Audubon Society and the individual Audubon Camps reserve the right to alter itinerary and particular arrangements, or to substitute similar itinerary or arrangements, at no penalty.  If we cancel a program, a full refund of your deposit will be issued, constituting full settlement to the participants.
    Travel Information and Insurance:
Sessions may require a minimum number of participants in order to be conducted.  For this reason, you should be certain that your program has been confirmed prior to purchasing airline tickets.  We recommend trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment.  This can be obtained through a local insurance or travel agent.
