
General Information:
Adult participants must be 19 years of age or older. Youth camp
age requirements are specified in the particular camp sessions. All
prices listed per person. Fees for optional college credit are additional.
Participants must be in good health. Special diets can sometimes
be accommodated; check with the particular camp registrar for specifics.

A detailed program description will be sent upon receipt of your completed
application. Further information regarding travel, equipment, medical
forms, and other needs will be sent out prior to the start of your program.
Registration Deposits, Refunds, Cancellations
In order to reserve a space in a given session, your completed application
and non-refundable deposit of $100 must be received by the camp registrar.
Applications received less than 60 days prior to the program start date
must be accompanied by the full payment.

Full payment is due 60 days prior before your program starts.

Cancellation must be received in writing by your camp registrar at least
60 days prior to your session start date: a refund less $100 deposit will
be returned. Cancellations received in writing between 59 and 30
days prior to the session start date will result in 50% refund less $100
deposit. No refund is available for cancellations after that.

National Audubon Society and the individual Audubon Camps reserve the
right to alter itinerary and particular arrangements, or to substitute
similar itinerary or arrangements, at no penalty. If we cancel
a program, a full refund of your deposit will be issued, constituting full
settlement to the participants.
Travel Information and Insurance:
Sessions may require a minimum number of participants in order to be
conducted. For this reason, you should be certain that your program
has been confirmed prior to purchasing airline tickets. We recommend
trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment. This can
be obtained through a local insurance or travel agent.
