Jessica Green—Vice President, Engagement
Work
Jessica joined Audubon in September 2011 to lead the newly-created Engagement team, which blends both traditional and innovative functions of marketing and development under a single focus: what it means to be engaged with Audubon. Jessica will lead bold new initiatives for membership growth through online and digital outreach; direct mail; public relations; licensing partnerships, and other marketing and communications activities.
Background
Jessica comes to Audubon with 15 years of marketing management experience bridging the business and not-for-profit sectors. She has deep experience in the online and direct marketing world at American Express’ small business and travel divisions, driving profitability, customer acquisition and retention. Prior to her work for American Express, she managed publishing for the National Science Teachers Association and marketing and communications at the California Science Center, where she was instrumental in increasing both museum attendance and financial support. She also has a longstanding commitment to conservation, birds, and Audubon—she served as an intern in Audubon’s Washington, DC office in 1997.
