Instructions for Chapter Reporting System users

Logging in to the Chapter Reporting System

To view your monthly membership rosters or quarterly membership incentive payment reports, please go to http://app.audubon.org/chapter/ and enter your username and password. Click the “Log In” button.

Choose “Chapter Reporting”, and then click on either “Roster”, “Payments” or “Member Lookup” on the left. If you are an Administrator, you should also be able to click on the “Admin” link and add or delete delegates from access to the Chapter Reporting System.

Membership Rosters, Change Reports, and Mailing Labels

  1. On the Roster screen you will be able to download and save the membership roster, change report and mailing labels to your computer by clicking on the filename.  The most current roster and change report are available at the top of the list and the file name includes the date posted.  You can also access archived rosters and change reports listed below the current files.  All files are posted in comma separated value (.csv) format.*
  1. The mailing labels are PDF files and are available in either 2 or 3 column format.    The labels are sorted by zip code for bulk mailing purposes. If there are any members you would like to omit from the printed labels, type their ACS IDs in the provided box to omit them before creating the labels. When printing the labels, be sure to use the correct label format, and that you turn off “Fit to Page” or show “None” under the Page Scaling in your print dialogue box.
  1. If you have questions about what the field names in your Chapter’s roster and change report mean, go to: http://app.audubon.org/chapter/admin/helpRosterFieldNames.html
  1. If you would like to change your username or password, please visit http://app.audubon.org/appportal/ and click on the "My Account" link to edit your username, password, email and any other information.
  1. If you have forgotten your password, can click the "Forgot password" link just below the login area on http://app.audubon.org/chapter/. The next screen will ask for your username. After submitting the form, your password will be emailed to the address with which you registered.
  1. By the end of the first week of each month, an updated roster, change report, and mailing labels will be uploaded to the site including any membership updates from the previous month. An email will be sent to all registered users of the Chapter Reporting System once an update has been posted to the website.

Membership Incentive Payments

Once logged in to the Chapter Reporting System, click on “Payments” on the left. You will be able to download a spreadsheet of your most recent quarterly payments made to your Chapter for Chapter-recruited Audubon Members. All files are posted in comma separated value (.csv) format.*   If your Chapter bank account information has changed recently, please contact us ASAP. For more information on the Membership Incentive Payment program, please visit http://www.audubon.org/local/membershipServices.html
