Rich Feldman of the Human Resources Department of NAS, based in Audubon House in New York, collects "Bird Puzzlers" ( by various Auduboners) and makes them available through email, and also creates some of his own. His original inspiration came from reading his Scarsdale (N.Y.) chapter newsletter, which included a "Bird Quiz" from the Yonkers (N.Y.) chapter newsletter.
