Tea Room & Admissions Associate
Location: Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary
Immediate Supervisor: Executive Director
Division/Department: Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary

 

Purpose of Position

  • Tea Room sales and Admissions back-up and relief.
 
Major Programmatic Activities
  • Admission sales and visitor interaction
  • Receive and verify deliveries
  • Cleaning and re-stocking restroom supplies
  • Boardwalk checks
 
Relationships:

Internal: Report directly to Nature Store Manager, volunteers, interns and other staff.

External: Visitors and guests

 
Equipment: (e.g., computer, typewriter, calculator, copy machines, telephone, etc.)
  • Computer (POSIM), calculator, telephone, coffee machines etc
 
Qualifications: (e.g., education, training, experience, licenses and skills)
  • Part-time college student preferred.
  • High school graduate required.
  • Outgoing well spoken in English; additional languages a plus.
 
Physical Requirements: (e.g., lifting, reaching, climb, push/pull, etc.)
  • Lifting, reaching, climbing, push/pull – 25 lbs.
