The Communications department of the National Audubon Society is heavily
invested in electronic communications (particularly E*Mail and the World
Wide Web).
Things to understand about NAS Communications:
-
We work for the Audubon family
-
Our goals are to help Audubon as a whole grow and be effective. It is important
to understand that we see much of our task as helping Audubon members do
our shared work.
-
We are interested
-
Please tell us what is important to you, and let us know how you think
we're doing.
Suggestions and requests for working with us:
-
If you have a problem with something we're doing, please let us know ASAP.
-
Aside from the obvious importance of NAS knowing how we're perceived and
receiving positive suggestions, it is much easier for us to effectively
address private comments than public complaints.
-
We try to be quick and responsive
-
Simple questions we can often answer immediately. Many questions sent to
webmaster@audubon.org
are simply forwarded to an appropriate person for answering. Complicated
questions (such as those involving more than two people) may take a week.
