with  only the  following  text as  your message  (the  message topic  or
subject does not matter, nor do capital/lower case letters):

Your email address, from which you  sent the message, will then be placed
on the AZ-ACTIVIST  subscription list. Any message sent  to the following
list address:
AZ-ACTIVIST@LIST.AUDUBON.ORG
will be automatically  distributed to all current  subscribers. This list
will function as  a large email distribution list --  linking all Arizona
activists  together. All  messages should  be signed  with your  Name and
City.

The  result is  a fast  and simple  way to  reach many  Arizona Activists
