WatchList 2007
Welcome to the WatchList 2007 press room. This analysis was part of the Audubon State of the Birds reports.
Audubon and the America Bird Conservancy joined forces to rally conservationists around America's most imperiled birds. WatchList 2007 identified 178 species in the continental U.S. and 39 in Hawaii that were in need of immediate conservation help. It is a call to action, for all who care about birds, other wildlife and the environment. Together, we can help save species fighting for survival amid environmental challenges including habitat loss, invasive species and global warming.
The communications staff at Audubon are eager to assist you in bringing this important story to your audience.
