Audubon Missouri Supporters,
We are excited to announce that our search for a state
executive director has ended! Through a series of discussions
and meetings, our very own Tony Robyn has been offered
and accepted the role of Audubon Missouri Vice President
and Executive Director. For those of you perhaps not
as familiar, Tony has successfully led the development
and construction of Audubon Missouri’s first center
in Joplin, Wildcat Glades. Having worked in zoo and
nature center administration in his career, he comes
to us with a proven depth of experience and understanding
of the conservation issues that affect our State and
region.
Tony begins his new role on March 17th. As our new
Wildcat Glades Conservation & Audubon Center advances
in Joplin, our Cole Camp Prairies Project continues
to move forward, and as the center project emerges in
St. Louis, I know that Tony, along with the Audubon
Missouri staff, Audubon Missouri leadership, and our
partners, is excited to begin the work ahead.
Please join us as we welcome Tony in his new role.
