The Missouri Bird Conservation Initiative (MoBCI)
.

Audubon Missouri played a lead role in forming the Missouri Bird Conservation Initiative, a partnership of 30 conservation organizations for the purpose of developing a diverse partnership dedicated to conserving all wild bird species. Representatives from MoBCI participating organizations met in 2003 at the First Annual Missouri Bird Conservation Conference in Columbia, Missouri. Roger Still, Executive Director of Audubon Missouri, was selected to chair the committee. Today MoBCI is working in the following areas:

  • MoBCI Grants Program
  • MoBCI Annual Meeting
  • Public Policy
  • Bird Conservation Team
  • Funding
  • Information Sharing

Learn more on the MoBCI website or contact the Audubon Missouri state office.
