Audubon Ohio Gift Societies

The Lucy and John James Audubon Giving Society provides a vehicle for supporters to supply significant annual financial support to Audubon Ohio. All donors who give at least $1,000 per year to Audubon Ohio are members of the Society. Support can be provided at the following levels:

  • Hummingbird ($1,000 - $2,499). Participants receive a complimentary subscription to the Society newsletter, invitations to regional and state events, and honored recognition in the National Audubon Society Annual Report.
  • Songbird ($2.500 - $4,999). Participants receive all of the benefits listed above, plus a gift book or fine photographic print by a well-known nature artist.
  • Waterbird ($5,000 - $9,999). Participants receive all of the benefits listed above, and join us at an intimate reception with a well-known nature writer or photographer.
  • Raptor ($10,000 -$24,999). Participants receive all of the benefits listed above, and join the staff of Audubon Magazine for a behind-the-scenes look at the making of this award-winning magazine, considered the gem of the environmental publishing world.
  • Great Egret ($25,000 and above). Participants receive all of the benefits listed above, and enjoy a customized birding trip with one of our expert ornithologists, somewhere in North America. Those who join as a Founding Member with a commitment of two years or more may invite two family members or friends along on the trip.
