Betty Su, who joined Audubon in December 2022 as chief marketing and communcations officer, is a marketing and communications leader with more than 20 years of experience building brands, storytelling, and driving innovation in environments undergoing transformation.
Prior to joining Audubon, Betty was chief marketing officer for Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), a nonprofit association in higher education. At GMAC she led and implemented a new corporate brand strategy and modernized its visual identity. Prior to that, she served in various strategy, marketing, communication, and innovation roles at large organizations including the United States Postal Service, Cadbury/Kraft Foods/Mondelez, and Time, Inc. She earned a BS in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and has an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. Betty is based in Audubon's Washington, D.C., office.
