It contains an estimated 14,578 Parakeet Auklet (breeding), 13,870 Glaucous-winged Gull (breeding), 15,555 Glaucous-winged Gull (non-breeding), 9,301 Horned Puffin (breeding), 9,285 Whiskered Auklet (breeding), 5,845 Pelagic Cormorant (breeding), 34,449 Tufted Puffin (breeding), 32,363 Glaucous-winged Gull (breeding), 55,182 Ancient Murrelet (breeding), and 57,151 Whiskered Auklet (breeding).

It contains an estimated 14,578 Parakeet Auklet (breeding), 13,870 Glaucous-winged Gull (breeding), 15,555 Glaucous-winged Gull (non-breeding), 9,301 Horned Puffin (breeding), 9,285 Whiskered Auklet (breeding), 5,845 Pelagic Cormorant (breeding), 34,449 Tufted Puffin (breeding), 32,363 Glaucous-winged Gull (breeding), 55,182 Ancient Murrelet (breeding), and 57,151 Whiskered Auklet (breeding). These estimates are based on the analysis of 265 non-breeding surveys and 851 breeding surveys. These surveys were conducted between April 26, 1975 and May 24, 2009.
