Western Edwards Plateau Oak/Juniper woodlands and Shin Oak/Juniper shrublands. Contains occupied breeding territories for Golden-cheeked Warbler and Black-capped Vireos. Riparian woodlands with Oak/Juniper and other species such as bigtooth maples. Inludes habitat for a number of rare plants and amphibians.
