The Red Clay Creek Valley is a complex of woodlands and meadows in southern Chester County, PA and northern New Castle County, DE. Significant populations of woodland bird species, especially Wood Thrush, are found within the IBA.
In Pennsylvania, the publicly-accessible portions of the IBA include the State Line Woods Preserve ( and the Bucktoe Creek Preserve, which is open for public bird walks (, typically held every Sunday and Monday at 8AM.
