Primarily within the Ottawa National Forest (USDA US Forest Service), with small inholdings belonging to the University of Notre Dame and private landowners.
Habitat
Predominately upland mixed forest (e.g. northern hardwoods, pines), with some shrub and open water intermixed.
Land Use
Predominately wildlife conservation and research.
