Make the Most of Your Visit

The Discovery Center is free and open Tuesday through Sunday. You can drop into our Visitor Center to learn about upcoming programs and activities, read informational and historical signage, sign up for workshops, and find out what feathered friends have been spotted recently. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are eager to help you make the most of your visit. Binoculars, bird-guides, and historical information are always available to borrow and free of charge. 

You can explore our ¾ mile trail along the Strawberry Mansion Reservoir that is easy to navigate and offers multiple opportunities to see the trees, flowers, birds, and wildlife that make their home on the property.

The Discovery Center is located at 3401 Reservoir Drive, Philadelphia, PA, 19121. This address is compatible with all GPS systems. There is a free parking lot for The Discovery Center and bikes may be locked to the bike racks at the entrance to the center's front walk.
