The Pascagoula River Audubon Center offers a variety of spaces and options to hold events and meetings that are sure to please your guests, whether you have something casual or formal in mind.

The Pascagoula River Audubon Center will be temporarily closed while the building undergoes important structural and cosmetic repairs. Our staff will continue connecting people with nature throughout the community, and we have an exciting lineup of programs and events ahead!

Our primary space is within the Moss Point Fine Art Gallery. This fantastic room offers high-quality visual art, superior lighting, and highlight windows.

This space is ideal for special events such as luncheons, weddings, business meetings, celebrations, and presentations. 

Art Gallery Amenities

  • Seating for up to 60 people auditorium style or 50 seated at tables
  • Range of different tables to accommodate any situation
  • A 100 square-foot atrium
  • Built-in projector system with audio

  • 100 square-foot catering kitchen (Complete with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, ice machine, microwave, and a limited amount of cutlery and vessels.) 

The gallery space has ample overflow for guests onto wide porches, which overlook the water and grounds. These areas are ideal for live music, refreshments, mingling, or enjoying the view from one of the porch rocking chairs. During breaks or intermissions, guests can casually walk our 10-acre site and view beautiful trees, open areas, and wooded walkways leading to the water’s edge.

The area underneath our building is also a prime location for social gatherings, food events, and birthday parties, and can accommodate 50 to 60 people. It features pillars painted with nature scenes, eight 8-foot-long wooden picnic tables, and fans to keep the breeze blowing. A 12-foot-long bar is a favorite spot for serving food and beverages and includes a large ice maker and a refrigerator. The string party lights make this area a great place for live entertainment and for outdoor socialization.
