Tastes in the Tallgrass

Spring Creek Prairie’s Taste in the Tallgrass will now be offered every other year, with the next event anticipated for late summer 2027. We’re grateful for your continued support and enthusiasm for this special event, and we look forward to celebrating with you at the next one. Thank you for being part of our prairie community!

What to look forward to:
Taste in the Tallgrass provides guests with an opportunity to enjoy drinks, appetizers, a professionally created gourmet meal, and exciting live and silent auctions of great art and other surprises. All proceeds help us protect the tallgrass prairie and all the exciting education programs and happenings at Spring Creek Prairie.

Support from past events helped with the protection of 1,160+ acres of native tallgrass prairie, a rare ecosystem found only in the Great Plains.
