Parking and Driving Directions to Spring Creek Prairie

Spring Creek Prairie is located 3 miles south of Denton, NE, approximately 25 minutes southwest of Lincoln, NE.

Directions from Denton and places north and west:

• Go to the intersection of West Denton Road and SW 98th St, on the west side of Denton.
• Turn left (south) and go for about 3 miles.
• Follow the "S" curve and look for the driveway/entrance to Spring Creek Prairie on your left.
• Follow the driveway toward the visitor center and turn left into the parking lot.

Directions from places south

• Follow Hwy 77 north to the Roca/Crete exit to Hwy 33 (ab0ut 10 miles south of Lincoln).
• Go left (west) on Hwy 33 for about 7 miles to SW 100th St.
• Turn right (north) onto SW 100th St. and travel for about 3 miles.
• Look for the driveway/entrance to Spring Creek Prairie on your right.
• Follow the driveway toward the visitor center and turn left into the parking lot.

Directions to Audubon's Rowe Sanctuary

• Travel north from Spring Creek Prairie about 3 miles to W Denton Road.
• Turn left (west) and go 4 miles to Hwy 103.
• Turn right (north) and travel 5 miles to I-80.
• Go west on I-80 and take the Gibbon Exit #285.
• Turn left (south) and travel to Elm Island Road (the second Elm Island Road you come to, which goes west).
• Go west for 2 miles to the Rowe Sanctuary entrance.
