Parking

Our grounds remain accessible to kayakers/boaters, as well as visitors on-foot via the options described below. We are currently developing solutions to allow managed visitation at the Center and on the grounds, such as pre-scheduled group visits, and volunteer days.

Warren Landing Road, the driveway utilized to reach Constitution Marsh Audubon Center and Sanctuary and trail is a private road.  There is currently no general visitation parking on-site at Constitution Marsh Audubon Center.  Foot traffic and registered program vehicles only.

The town-owned parking area located at the intersection of Indian Brook Road and Warren Landing Road is closed.

  • Parking anywhere along the shoulder of Indian Brook Road or blocking access to nearby private driveways is strictly prohibited and illegal. The town will have vehicles towed at the owner’s expense.

  • There is no bus parking available.

General Public Visitation

General visitors can access our grounds and trail by the following ways. Click through for essential details about each option.

Additional options include:

  • Through our scheduled programming.
  • Through boating and kayaking from the Cold Spring Foundry Cove dock.

Visitors can be dropped off at the intersection of Indian Brook Road and Warren Landing Road. There is no parking available at this location.

In addition to its regular stops, the trolley will stop at Constitution Marsh (9D and Indian Brook Road) upon request for the 9, 10, and 11 a.m. trolleys with an estimated arrival of around 40 past the hour. On the PM routes, passengers may request getting dropped off at Constitution Marsh on the 1 and 3 p.m. trolleys, but not the 12, 2, or 4 p.m. trolleys. Learn more.

Boscobel House and Gardens is located at 1601 Route 9D, Garrison, NY, 10524. No reservations needed. Please be sure to contact Boscobel to confirm their parking hours before arrival. View map here.

  • Boscobel’s Gardens and Grounds Admission ($14/adult, $12/child) grants you parking access to our trail system and visitor center, as well as Boscobel’s 68 acres of lush grounds and pollinator-friendly gardens, including grand panorama views of the marsh. It is a 1-mile walk to the Audubon center. A portion of the admission pass fee goes to Constitution Marsh Audubon Center and Sanctuary and supporting our conservation work.

  • Boscobel yearly memberships include parking for the marsh, among other Boscobel perks.  Please visit their website for more information.

  • Library patrons can visit their regional Hudson Valley library to check out the free Boscobel Museum pass for the day, that includes admissions to Boscobel grounds and parking access for Constitution Marsh.
