The Constitution Marsh Audubon Center is a leading hub for conservation action, environmental education, and community engagement—empowering people to protect birds and their habitats.  The Center manages Constitution Marsh, a wildlife sanctuary owned by New York State Parks, where critical habitat for birds, fish, and native plants is actively restored and safeguarded.

Together, the Center and the sanctuary provide hands-on stewardship opportunities, conservation-based programs, and immersive experiences that inspire lasting care for the natural world.

Our grounds are accessible to on-foot visitors, pre-registered vehicles, and non-motorized boaters via the public dock in Cold Spring.

Trails are open daily from sunrise to sunset for quiet observation and learning.

Please plan your visit in advance to ensure you know where to park and how to access the site. Only foot traffic and pre-registered program vehicles are permitted.

Parking along Indian Brook Road, Warren Landing Road, or blocking or parking in private driveways is strictly prohibited and illegal. Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense. Warren Landing Road is an active private residential road that connects to the driveway for the center and trail.
