Open Hours: 10:00am - 5:00pm

Rowe Sanctuary is located south of Gibbon, Nebraska. 

From Interstate 80, take Exit 285 (Gibbon).
Drive south for about two miles.
Turn west (right) onto Elm Island Road. [The first Elm Island Road at the Plautz Crane Viewing Deck goes east (left); go further  to the second Elm Island Road that goes west (right).]
Follow Elm Island Road for two miles to the sanctuary.

During Crane Season (March & April), our parking lot has restricted hours to minimize disturbance to the cranes. 

The parking lot is open during business hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Guests with Reservations should check in at the front gate with the attendant.
