A Birding Hotspot

Aullwood Audubon in Ohio is a fantastic place for birdwatching, hosting around 200 species, including many warblers, vireos, and resident birds like cardinals and woodpeckers, especially during spring migration (April-May) when you can find species like Ruby-throated Hummingbirds, Yellow-breasted Chat and other neo-tropic migrants, making it great for bird walks and bird censuses. The bird feeders maintained at the nature center can be an excellent place for observing winter visitors including finches and sparrows.
