Birthday Parties at Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary

 Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary invites families to celebrate birthdays on site with six different themed programs from which to choose, including: 

• Alligator Anglers: Party guests will uncover the exciting life of an alligator from the moment it hatches until it becomes a large adult, celebrating each milestone along the way. 
• Swamp Stuffed Animal Sleepover: Party guests are invited to arrive dressed in pajamas and bring a stuffed animal friend to learn where and how animals sleep in the Sanctuary. Optional sleepover for the stuffed animals is available, with pick-up the following day in the Nature Store. 
• Bird Bills: Party guests get up close and personal with birds while discovering what birds eat and how.  
• Survival and Orienteering: Party guests will learn survival skills, such as how to use a compass, and participate in an exciting scavenger hunt using newly learned skills.

• Butterfly Garden Party: This is the perfect party for butterfly and plant lovers.  Party guests will live the life of a butterfly and plant native flowers in this interactive adventure. 
• Animal Tracking: All animals leave clues that tell a story. Party guests will discover the basics of animal tracking and then follow the tracks to uncover their stories. 

Custom themes are available upon request and at an additional cost. 

Each party package includes: 

• A designated, on-site birthday nature guide 
• Two hours of programming with a: 
  • hands-on activity 
  • guided nature hike 
  • craft 
• Access to an outdoor classroom area with shaded picnic tables 
• Up to 8 children and 8 adult party guests 
• 30 minutes for cake time 
• 20% off for the birthday child in our Nature Store 

Cost: 

• $275 for members 
• $325 for non-members  

Add-ons: 

• Optional party favors are $5 per child 
• Each additional child above 8 is an additional $10 (maximum of 12 children in total)  
• Custom party themes cost an additional $100
