Join Us in Protecting Birds, Habitat, and Community

By supporting Rio Salado Audubon center, you help make our conservation and community mission a reality! We engage people in learning about and protecting birds and their habitats across Arizona, contributing to healthier ecosystems. Every action, big or small, helps conserve wildlife and the natural spaces they depend on.

There are many ways to get involved. You can donate, volunteer, or support our programs and events. Hands-on opportunities include removing invasive species, river cleanups, planting native species, maintaining trails, supporting Burrowing Owl relocation, and assisting with education programs. Each effort protects vital habitats and supports the species that call them home.

You can also show your community support by joining us at art shows, festivals, and other celebrations here at the center. These events bring people together, highlight local talent, and help strengthen the community’s connection to nature and conservation.

Whether you have a few hours or want to commit long-term, there’s a role for everyone. Join us to experience nature, connect with passionate conservationists, and make a real difference for Arizona’s birds, wildlife, and habitats. Sign up for an event or to volunteer today!
