Thank you for joining the flock at Audubon North Carolina’s 2026 Advocacy Day on June 3!

Please complete these steps now to confirm your participation in Advocacy Day.

  1. If this is your first time participating in Advocacy Day with Audubon, register for our First-Timers Webinar on May 18 at 7pm. Optional for experienced advocates.
  2. Register for our REQUIRED Advocacy Day Prep Webinar on May 26 at 7pm. We will cover tips and tricks for meeting with lawmakers, logistics for the big day, and the top line messages of our priority issues—Wetlands, Conservation Trust Funds, and Heirs Property (we may add to this list, depending on how the legislative session progresses in the coming weeks).
  3. Register for your local delegation prep meeting organized by your local advocacy leader sometime between May 25-June 2. Local Advocacy Day leaders are scheduling these meetings now. We'll post registration links below and send you a notification when the meetings are scheduled.

Finally, meet with lawmakers on Advocacy Day: Wednesday, June 3, 2026 in Raleigh. Keep your calendar open from 8 to 5 on June 3 because lawmakers often don't commit to meeting times until the week of Advocacy Day.
