Eloiza Domingo serves as the Vice President for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, where she supports the strategic direction and operations of the EDIB department, oversees the development and performance of employee resource groups (ERGs) and EDIB staff committees across Audubon, leads strategic initiatives to ensure culturally competent approaches, leads efforts to develop an EDIB dashboard and acts as a trusted advisor and collaborator to teams and executives across the organization to create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive Audubon for all.
