As Director of Conservation for Audubon Vermont, Jillian oversees statewide work to protect and enhance priority habitats—from forests and riparian corridors to shrublands and grasslands. She works closely with the conservation team and a network of partners to implement effective strategies that support birds and climate-resilient habitats. With a commitment to partnership, landscape-scale thinking, and on-the-ground impact, Jillian ensures Vermont’s conservation programs deliver meaningful ecological benefits for birds and people across the region.
