About
Kim has a diverse background in research, K-12 STEM curriculum development and delivery, academia, and most recently has served as the executive director of the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy, a nonprofit land trust in Maryland. She grew up in Florida, went to Florida State University for undergraduate studies and got her PhD at the University of Florida studying manatee genetics.
