Patricia Smith

Patricia Smith brings more than 30 years of experience in the non-profit and government sectors in her role as Senior Coordinator, Communications and Office Administration at Audubon Mid-Atlantic. Patty collaborates with her colleagues across the region to develop informative and engaging content across various communication channels to raise public awareness of Audubon’s conservation efforts. In addition, she provides day-to-day support for office operations, including finance, purchasing, and logistics.

Before joining Audubon in 2015, Patty served as Grant Writer for Good Shepherd Services and Director of Development at the House of Mercy, both in Baltimore, MD. In addition, she served as a development consultant for many years to non-profits in the Washington DC metro area. Patty is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park where she studied Journalism and History.
