
Vinamre Gupta
Vinamre Gupta serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (EDIB) at Audubon. In this role, he leads two core EDIB pillars: Experience & Culture and Inclusive Community Partnerships. He oversees the development and performance of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), expansion of language and translation services, enhancement of accessibility services across the organization, and efforts to attain national benchmarking recognition through awards and surveys. Vinamre also spearheads initiatives to measure the impact of EDIB programs through both quantitative and qualitative metrics, contributing to the development of a comprehensive EDIB dashboard that tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and program outcomes.
Vinamre brings nearly a decade of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), with a remarkable track record of driving transformational initiatives. At Moody’s Corporation, he led global DE&I efforts, managing over 35 Business Resource Groups, fostering strategic partnerships, and creating data-driven dashboards to measure and track progress.
Prior to that, during his tenure at Yale New Haven Health, Vinamre delivered nationally recognized DE&I strategies, developed measurable metrics to align with corporate goals, championed supplier diversity, and designed impactful education programs that earned awards and benchmarking achievements. His ability to integrate DE&I into talent development and operational processes has been instrumental in creating inclusive and innovative organizational cultures.
He holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering. These qualifications underpin his analytical and technical expertise, which he applies seamlessly to DE&I strategies.
Beyond his professional roles, Vinamre has been recognized with the International Achievers Award and an Honorary Doctorate in Organization Management & Inclusive Leadership. He is also a respected thought leader, contributing to Forbes HR Council and judging prestigious industry awards such as the Globee Awards, Brandon Hall and Stevie Awards.
