Benefits at Audubon
Audubon offers medical insurance through Cigna. Additionally, employees in California have access to a local Kaiser Permanente plan. Audubon's medical plans cover part of the costs for retail and mail order prescriptions.
Audubon offers dental insurance through Cigna. Cleanings, oral exams, and other diagnostic and preventive procedures are covered at 100% through Audubon’s dental plans.
Audubon also offers a vision plan through VSP that provides benefits for eye exams, eyeglass lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
Audubon offers eligible employees Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). Each pay period, funds are deducted from pay on a pretax basis and are deposited to employees’ Health Care and/or Dependent Care FSA. Funds are used to pay for eligible health care or dependent care expenses. Audubon also offers eligible employees Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and contributes to employee HSAs. Employees enrolled in either the Core or Value HSA as of January 1, 2024 will be eligible to receive $750 (single) / $1,500 (all other coverage tiers). These amounts are prorated for new hires throughout the year.
Audubon offers all eligible staff 20 vacation days, 12 paid holidays, 12 paid sick days, two personal days, and two floating holidays which may be used for religious or cultural holidays, employee birthdays, or other state or federal holidays during which Audubon remains open per year. Audubon also offers Summer Fridays for eligible staff.
Audubon offers eligible full-time employees up to six weeks of paid parental leave. Audubon also offers eligible staff sabbatical leave after 10 years of continuous service, participation in Audubon's Income Protection Benefits Plan, long and short-term disability benefits, leave for military service, and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to provide leaves of absence.
Audubon has a 403(b)retirement savings plan with generous employer matching. Audubon will make a matching contribution of up to 4% of an employee's base salary and will also make a 4% non-elective (discretionary) contribution.
Audubon offers a hybrid work program for eligible positions.
Audubon supports career development training that enhances the skills necessary to successfully perform an employee's job or other Audubon-career positions.
Audubon offers Commuter Benefits Program with pre-tax savings for qualified mass transit or parking expenses.
At Audubon, we know that mental health is essential to everyone's overall health and well-being. We have partnered with Calm to provide all Audubon employees a practical tool that you can use to improve your mental health, get better rest and increase resiliency.
