Anita Gilson is a Range Ecologist with Audubon Texas. She works to deliver the Audubon Conservation Ranching program in the Southern Great Plains region of Texas and New Mexico. She is experienced in helping landowners of all backgrounds find conservation solutions and is passionate about bridging the gap between agriculture and grassland bird conservation. Anita received her bachelors in Natural Resource Management from Angelo State University and her Masters of Natural Resource Development from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Anita is sure to be found working on the family ranch, hiking, camping, or just being a student of nature
