Bethany Chan

Bethany is a Chicago-based designer and artist. They hold a dual Bachelor in Industrial and Graphic Design with a Minor in Art from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Their interdisciplinary practice has helped lead a non-profit design education program, fostering a diverse, global cohort of students. As a Walker Design Fellow, they are focused on the relationship between environmentalism and social justice. During their time as a fellow, Bethany will work to design new ways of enabling inclusive, accessible environmentalism.
