Bronti DeRoché is the Great Salt Lake Watershed Enhancement Trust Program Manager for National Audubon Society. She will assist in broadening the Trust’s engagement capacity with water users, including agricultural producers, and support water transactions  to address Great Salt Lake’s diminishing water quantity and quality. 

Bronti has unique experience working with various nonprofit organizations focusing on urban farming, community gardens and air quality in Salt Lake City. Throughout this time, Bronti developed relationships with Salt Lake City, the County and other civic organizations to address food security and sustainability, implement efficient irrigation practices at community gardens, and build community across the city. Bronti has a master’s degree in political science from Washington State University, where she concentrated on environmental policy. She has also worked for the U.S. Forest Service in Oregon, Wyoming, and Washington, where she participated in large-scale land management, fought wildfires, and maintained wilderness trails.
