Audubon strives to create a safe and fun environment for our camp community. Families are asked to complete a Health Profile for their camper, including ways we can best support your child. If your child has special needs or you have additional concerns, please reach out to the Camp Director ahead of time to see if our camp program is a good fit for your circumstance.

Please note: staff are not able to provide ongoing 1:1 care to campers. Personal aides are welcome at camp, provided by the camper's family. Our camp is not wheelchair accessible due to our daily hiking activities.

Teen Volunteers

Spend your week getting outside! Teens, ages 13–17, are invited to apply to be our Camp Volunteers. This is a perfect environment for campers who have aged out of our regular programming, or teens looking to develop more leadership skills in a fun, outdoor environment. Teen volunteers are important parts of our camp program, leading games, crafts, helping clean up, forming friendships with campers and staff, and more. We accept applications on a rolling basis, with interviews conducted in April. Volunteers are expected to commit to at least two weeks of camp as well as one training day (May 30, 2026) at the Randall Davey Center. As part of building responsibility and independence, we request that teens email the Camp Director and complete the application themselves.

Join Our Camp Staff Team!

We are looking to hire five amazing folks to join our camp team, leading activities, facilitating fun, and encouraging connections with nature and each other. A great camp educator has experience working with groups of kids ages 5–12, is comfortable following lesson plans and leading activities, and is both a collaborative teammate and leader. Must be at least 18 years old and able to commit to the majority of camp sessions. Each camp staff is scheduled for one week off during the summer. Next season's job positions will be posted in March 2026.
