Ari Kim

Dangermond Fellow

Ariana (Ari) Kim is a Dangermond Fellow based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. She graduated from Wheaton College, IL in 2017 with a B.S. in Biology, and from the University of Southern California in 2021 with a M.S. in Geographic Information Science and Technology. She previously worked for Audubon in 2016 as a prairie restoration technician with the Great Lakes region and is excited to be back working for the Enterprise GIS department. She is excited to apply the GIS skills she has learned in her studies to aid in Audubon's conservation efforts. She is also eager to learn more about how GIS can help create inclusive environments and promote equity in the realm of environmental stewardship. In her free time, Ari enjoys going on adventures with her wife and their dog, as well as reading, playing sports, and cooking.
