Ventura Audubon Society: Event Support at the C.A.R.L. Pooch Parade

For 30 years, Canine Adoption and Rescue League (CARL) has been the voice for Ventura County’s rescue dogs. This September, CARL is celebrating this massive milestone at ‘olołkoy Beach Park (Oxnard Beach Park). Join in for a day of sun, sand, and wagging tails as we walk to save lives.

Ventura Audubon will be tabling at the Pooch Parade to share our Dog Rangers program—a fun, positive initiative that reframes how dogs and birds can coexist safely in nature. The Pooch Parade is the perfect place to meet fellow dog lovers, recruit new Rangers, and have them take a pledge to protect birds and their habitat.
