Amber Blackmon

Amber earned her BAs in both Biology and English from Albion College, studying a variety of collaborative and community-based projects within ecological diversity, historical animal-human connections, sustainability, and nutrient cycling of river ecosystems. Her interests in learning, community engagement and partnerships, and ecology has led her into careers within agricultural education, sustainable animal husbandry, native landscaping, and restoration ecology. In her free time, she enjoys baking bread, reading, and anything outdoors.
