Summers holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography and a Masters of Science in Geospatial Analysis from the University of Mary Washington. Before joining Audubon, Summers worked in land management combining her love of the outdoors and thinking spatially to enhance natural resource conservation and management. She is excited to leverage GIS tools and applications to enhance Audubon’s work and develop creative communication methods for conservation stories across Audubon’s network. When not working, Summers spends time painting and drawing features of the natural world, hiking, and eating cheese with her dog, Bosco.
