The Unique Fauna, Flora, and Scenery of New Zealand

In December 2022, LHAS member Ann Orsillo and her husband, Charlie, spent two weeks on a Sierra Club hiking trip to New Zealand. Ann, an excellent photographer and a member of the LHAS Education Committee, will show and tell us about the unique flora and fauna of the country, featuring endemic species — the Hector’s Dolphin, Bellbird, Blue Penguin, and Kea — as well as the beautiful scenery.
