Also known as Big Saltbush, Qualibush is an evergreen shrub that grows up to 10 feet tall and wide with scaly, olive-green foliage, dense clusters of greenish flowers, and flat fruit. It is tolerant of many growing conditions, surviving on little water in full sun and with poor or saline soil. Quailbush serves as a good source of food and cover for birds and other wildlife.
