The Western Foundation of Vertebrate Zoology is hosting an Earth Day event with a focus on, you guessed it, birds! This family-friendly day will be full of educational experiences celebrating avian science, conservation, and the incredible diversity of bird life. VAS be there with shorebird outreach materials, sharing information about WSP and CLT, presenting to kids, and doing crafts. We’re looking for volunteers to help staff the table, engage with visitors, and talk about shorebird conservation. Shifts available to help with setup (first), breakdown (last), and assisting with activities throughout the event.
