Scarletbush, also known as Firebush, is a medium-sized shrub that typically grows 8 to 12 feet tall in full sun and fertile to sandy soils. Its bright red to orange, tubular flowers bloom continuously throughout the year and are highly attractive to hummingbirds and butterflies, while its purple berries attract fruit-eating species.
