Also known as Blueblossom, this bush can grow from 3 feet to even 30 feet tall. It produces evergreen foliage and round clusters of blue, purple, or white flowers from March through May. Drought tolerant, Bluebrush can grow in full to partial sun and in well-drained, somewhat dry soil. The flowers attract bees and butterflies while the plant’s seedpods are a good food source for small mammals and birds.
